Our story
PolicyPocket grew out of a family insurance agency that has served New Jersey since 2001. In that time the same thing kept happening: good people confused by the fine print, underserved in their own language, and forgotten the moment the policy was sold.
We thought technology could fix that without losing the human part. So we built Andy, an AI assistant who answers right away and keeps watching your policy, and we put a licensed agent behind every policy.
