The process
The first three steps get you covered. The last two are what we do after.
Create your account, then answer a few questions in a chat with Andy, our assistant, in English, Español or Português. Connect your current insurer and we fill in your cars and drivers for you to confirm, so there's very little typing.
Quotes come back in about a minute. You'll see each carrier side by side with a monthly and a paid-in-full price, and Andy explains what each coverage level means in plain language.
Pick your quote and answer a few final questions. The carrier then runs its reports, such as your driving and claims history, to confirm your final price, which takes a few minutes. A licensed New Jersey agent reviews everything, you pay by bank account or card, and you're covered. Your ID cards are in the app within 5 minutes.
Licensed agents are on from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern, Monday to Saturday. Finish outside those hours and we complete your policy the next business day.
Your ID cards and policy documents live in the app. Need to add a car or change coverage? Ask in the chat and a licensed agent takes care of it.
When your renewal comes in, we check your rate against our other carriers. If there's a better price for the same coverage, you'll see it in the app before you pay more.
